2012 DeMarini Raw Steel Slowpitch Bat
A new introduction to the 2012 lineup, the DeMarini Raw Steel is designed for "no composite" play. The Raw Steel bat keeps you hitting monster shots when the rules change and you need to stay competitive. Engineered with DeMarini's exclusive Steel 01 Barrel, and a rock solid SC4 Alloy Handle, the Raw Steel gives you an end-loaded ultra stiff feel to battle through your toughest tournaments and most demanding league play.
If raw performance and durability are what you're after in a bat, the DeMarini Raw Steel is the bat to own. The two-piece design is created with an SC4 Alloy handle and a Steel 01 Singlewall barrel. The singlewall Steel barrel utilizes the inherent strength and weight of the steel material to create the absolute peak of single wall bat performance.
Constructed from SC4 Alloy, the handle of the new Raw steel is the stiffest and stongest alloy that DeMarini manufactures. The handle is then wrapped with DeMarini's trademarked Positack 2 grip, providing superior comfort and tack. The Raw Steel also features DeMarini's N2M End Cap, which is scientifically tuned to absorb vibrations and divert energy transfer back to the ball to maximize hitting power.

This bat also include the The DeMarini Rotation Index, which helps players significantly prolong the life of their bat. The index provides players with a numerical index on the handle and barrel reminding player to incrementally rotate the bat after each hit.
