2011 DeMarini CF4 ST Fastpitch Softball Bat
For 2011 DeMarini has taken the CF4 ST fastpitch bat to a new level. The engineers
at DeMarini have once again amped up the awesome power of their Pitch Black Plus
composite. They've added twice the Silver Trace bonding agent, resulting in a
stronger, stiffer CF4 bat. In addition, the sweet spot has been extended further
down the barrel than ever before, meaning more power for your off-center hits.
DeMarini's high quality pitch black composite means thinner barrel walls, bonded
in a Stacked wall barrel design that creates a dynamic springboard hitting
surface. With the new and improved sweet spot size, the CF4 ST is becoming the
fastpitch weapon of choice to bring to the plate.
The CF4 is designed to flex and recoil through the swing upon impact. DeMarini's
exclusive Pitch Black Plus stacked composite material gives the player the
feeling of a stiffer, stronger bat. With the added Silver Trace fortified
bonding agent, the CF4 ST has become virtually indestructible. The CF4 ST also
features DeMarini's Clutch 2 end cap which increases stiffness and holds energy
in the barrel of the bat. When the impact energy attempts to escape, the Clutch
2 end cap directs it back into the barrel, launching the ball from the surface
of the bat.
The new and improved Hybrid Performance Grip features a sleek faded color look
and a two-piece design for a thin performance feel. The CF4 ST also has
DeMarini's patented Rotation Index which helps remind players to rotate the bat
for a perfectly even break-in. This will benefit the performance of the bat by
increasing its pop and extending its life.
